I haven’t been getting enough sleep lately because no matter what time I go to bed I wake up really early and can’t fall back asleep. I woke up at 6:30 yesterday and 7:00 today. This is frustrating, because I need the sleep; I’ve been tired all week.
I went rock climbing today at Upper Limits. It was fun, but it made my hands and the underside of my forearms so tired. I also went for a walk for an hour. This is probably the most excercise I’ve gotten in a while.
